How is this important?
Well, I don’t know about you. For me, knowing how companies (not just airlines or aviation companies) work to engage in their communicative efforts, customer service and audience engagement allows me to learn how to use it to my best effort. Social media netiqueet/ etiquette, dos and don’t, best practices are often applicable in other industries and sectors.
